The 2nd generation Bb was unveiled at the 2005 Tokyo Motor Show.

Jointly developed by Toyota and Daihatsu, its twin the Daihatsu Materia was sold as an official vehicle in the UK. A small number of these were also brought into the UK as Grey Imports and badged as a Toyota Coo.

Engine wise they come with either the 1297cc or the 1495cc again shared with many Daihatsu models.
